MANILA — Former president Rodrigo Duterte’s partner, Honeylet Avanceña, and their daughter Kitty arrived in The Netherlands on Wednesday, where they went straight to the detention center of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The former president is in the custody of the ICC for charges of alleged crimes against humanity for his deadly drug war.

Both Avanceña and the younger Duterte went to the reception area of the ICC detention center to see if they could visit the former president.
