Nagkaharap na Pasay Regional Trial Court nitong Martes (Mayo 27) ang pamilya ng mga biktimang nasagasaan sa NAIA Terminal 1 at ang driver ng SUV, na naghain ng not-guilty plea.
Nahaharap ang driver na si Leo Gonzales sa mga kasong reckless imprudence resulting in two counts of homicide, multiple physical injuries, at damage to property.
Desidido naman na hindi makipag-ayos kay Gonzales sina Danmark at Cynthia Masongsong, mga magulang na 4-anyos na batang nasawi na si Malia; at si Ricky Faustino, ang ama ng isa pang nasawi na si Dearick Keo Faustino.
