We are back for a half day today, which hopefully limits the amount of time we have to watch Hank Brennan berate the defense witnesses. Karina Kolakithis, who was out with John and Karen and the group at the Waterfall, and Brian “Lucky” Loughran, who plowed Fairview Road the morning of January 29th, are expected to be the next witnesses. Finally, new motions and proposed jury instructions have been landing in the court file.
