A total of 5 petitions out of 70 filed regarding the Waqf Act will be heard again today. On the second day of the hearing on Wednesday, Solicitor General (SG) Tushar Mehta said that no one can have any right on government land, even if it is on the basis of ‘Waqf by User’.
